Shipping and Handling

Unless you organise alternative shipping at your own expense, all orders will be shipped via Australia Post, except in the event where this is impractical or impossible, and an alternative courier will be used.

The total delivery time is the time until the products are available plus the shipping time. The availability time will vary depending on products currently in stock. If requested products are out of stock you will be notified and given the option of changing your order to reduce the delivery time.

The shipping time is dependant on your location as well as environmental factors, and as such is out of the control of Rockhampton Mavericks. Please be aware that once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, your items are no longer the responsibilty of Rockhampton Mavericks and all enquiries are to be made directly to Australia Post.

When Australia Post is the courier used, the shipping and handling costs are dependant on both the weight and the destination. Other couriers may use different methods of calculation.

If your delivery requirements are exceptional, please let Rockhamptoon Mavericks know at the time of order.

Shipping and handling costs do not include insurance. If you require this please let us know at the time of order.

Rockhampton Mavericks ships to, and accepts orders from, Australia and New Zealand.
