Shipping and Handling
- Free Shipping on orders over $300
- All orders placed before 3pm are posted on the same day.
- Free Click & Collect: orders placed by 11am will be available for collection the same day.
Unless you organise alternative shipping at your own expense, all orders will be shipped via Australia Post, except in the event where this is impractical or impossible, and an alternative courier will be used.
The total delivery time is the time until the products are available plus the shipping time. The availability time will vary depending on products currently in stock. If requested products are out of stock, you will be notified and given the option of changing your order to reduce the delivery time.
The shipping time is dependent on your location as well as environmental factors, and as such is out of the control of Rockhampton Mavericks Western Wear. Please be aware that once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, your items are no longer the responsibility of Rockhampton Mavericks Western Wear, and all enquiries are to be made directly to Australia Post.
Delayed, lost, or damaged items - Australia Post (auspost.com.au)
When Australia Post is the courier used, the shipping and handling costs are dependent on both the weight and the destination. Other couriers may use different methods of calculation.
If your delivery requirements are exceptional, please let Rockhampton Mavericks Western Wear know at the time of order.
Shipping and handling costs do not include insurance. If you require this, please let us know at the time of order.
